Legalize Voting

While we continue to re-hash the 2016 election and make assumptions about who's running in the next Presidential election, we forget that 2018 is approximately 3 months away.
The results of the 2016 general election signifies the importance of local and state elections. When we can't rely on our executive government to lead us, we must focus on electing the best, most suitable, and not to mention, progressive, candidates in local and state positions.
Statistically, the turnout for midterm elections is incredibly low. This is due to a massive effort to suppress voter turn out, which is done as an effort to silence progressive voices. It's done through unethical and un-Democratic practices of gerrymandering, minimizing polling locations, unreasonable voter ID and registration laws, and more.
In order to make the people's voices heard and vote count, we must put in effort to Legalize Voting, and then turn out to the polls.
