Why Does Everything Suck? Look Up!

It’s no secret that our society is deeply divided. Left vs. Right. Liberal vs. Conservative. The media and political machines keep us fighting each other while the real power players—the billionaires, corporate elites, and oligarchs—laugh at us as they hoard more and more wealth for themselves. They thrive on our infighting because it keeps us too distracted to realize it’s they who are really pulling the strings. 

The Look Up! shirt is a call to awareness. A reminder that while we debate policies and ideologies, the ultra-wealthy are rigging the system, hoarding resources and wealth, and leaving the rest of us to scramble for their scraps. They want us divided. Instead, we must choose unity. 

It’s time to recognize that all working-class people, no matter where you fall on the political spectrum, have more in common than we’re led to believe. Wages are stagnant. Healthcare is a luxury. Housing is unaffordable. If you're looking for who rigged the rules and created the mess we're in, don't look down at the people crossing the border without a dollar in their pocket. Don't look to your left or to your right to see who created this system that only benefits the wealthy and the powerful. Look up! Like Bernie Sanders often says, these aren’t left or right issues—it’s us vs. them issues. 

So let’s Look Up! Let’s redirect our anger where it belongs—to the people at the top. This design is a statement, a conversation starter, and a reminder: our real fight isn’t with each other. It’s with the powerful who profit off our struggle.
