On Tuesday, Cenk Uygur, The Young Turks CEO, founder, and lead-host, interviewed Senator Joe Manchin (D-WV). Senator Manchin has been labeled as the most conservative Democrat, however, he describes himself as “fiscally responsible and socially compassionate”, as shown in the exclusive TYT interview.

Cenk challenged Senator Manchin on topics such as the Dream Act vote, to which he responded, “I believe that any child, any person, needs an education”, which sets the record straight on his complex views on the issue. Cenk also questioned Senator Manchin on big money contributions, Medicare For All, and whether he considers himself a progressive.
